OUR TEAM

Andrew Yates

Andrew Yates is the founder and lead visionary of EmberFaith and serves as Senior Pastor in Michigan. He is a husband, father of two, writer, and follower of Christ who is passionate about helping people grow in their faith through practical, biblical teaching.

EmberFaith was born from Andrew's desire to share the hope of Jesus with people wherever they are—including those who may never step foot inside a church. Through Bible studies, devotionals, articles, and online resources, his goal is simple: help people take their next step with Christ.

Fun Fact:
You'll rarely find Andrew without a cup of coffee nearby. Unfortunately, you'll also rarely find him finishing it while it's still hot.

Alison Harper

Alison Harper helps lead EmberFaith's creative engagement efforts through graphic design, social media, content ideas, and digital communication. She has a passion for helping people connect with biblical truth through encouraging and engaging content.

Alison is a wife and serves as a Children's Ministry Director at her local church. She loves helping children grow in their faith and enjoys using creativity to make God's truth accessible to people of all ages.

Fun Fact:
Alison is fueled less by coffee and more by Diet Coke, creative ideas, and a collection of browser tabs she insists she's going to organize someday
