As we journey in our walk with God, let's embrace the truth that it's about progress, not attaining perfection. We stumble, we falter, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘸𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘎𝘰𝘥. 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘥.
Consider these Scriptures today:
1. 𝟐 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟏𝟐:𝟗 (𝐍𝐈𝐕): "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me."
2. 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟏:𝟔 (𝐍𝐈𝐕): "Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."
3. 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝟖:𝟐𝟖 (𝐍𝐈𝐕): "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
Our journey is not about reaching a state of flawlessness, but about continually striving to grow closer to our Savior, knowing that He is the epitome of perfection. In His perfection, we find hope, strength, and the assurance that our progress is secure in His hands.
Let's walk in faith, knowing that each step forward, no matter how small, is a step closer to the One who is perfect in every way.
